Really happy with the treatment from JHM Therapies. I went in with a hamstring injury and they’ve been brilliant at helping get it sorted.
Super friendly and easy to talk to, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on rather than just rushing through it. I’ve not only seen a big improvement, but I’ve also been given exercises to keep things strong and stop it happening again.

Would definitely recommend to anyone
